2. Leveling Guidance: After Unwinding, The Coil Enters The Leveling Device And Is Straightened By Multiple Rollers To Eliminate Curling Stress. Then, Guided By The Guidance Device, It Accurately Enters The Forming Host;
3. Progressive Forming: The Strip Passes Through Multiple Passes Of The Forming Machine's Rolling Mill, And Each Rolling Mill Completes A Certain Angle Of Bending, Gradually Forming A C-shaped Or Z-shaped Section. The Progressive Design Of The Rolling Mill Can Avoid Defects Such As Wrinkles And Cracks In The Material;
4. Forming And Straightening: The Formed Profile Enters The Forming Unit For Further Calibration Of Cross-sectional Dimensions And Straightness To Ensure That The Product Accuracy Meets The Standards;
5. Punching Processing (optional): According To Application Requirements, Some Equipment Integrates Punching Mechanisms, Which Can Synchronously Complete The Processing Of Reinforcement Round Holes, Elliptical Connection Holes, Etc. During The Profile Forming Process, Avoiding Subsequent Secondary Processing;
6. Fixed Cutting: The Cutting Length Is Preset By The Electronic Control System, And The Cutting Device Moves Synchronously With The Profile To Complete The Fixed Cutting. After Cutting, It Automatically Counts;
7. Discharge And Receipt: Finished Profiles Are Transported To The Receiving Platform Through The Discharge Device For Stacking And Packaging, Completing The Entire Production Process.
